Agile Conferences and Events in Autumn

The summer holidays will begin soon, in some areas it is even this far and holiday weather is already everywhere. We are all faced with an important task – relax, relax, refuel energy! Because after the summer comes autumn, and it will be very intense this year. Autumn will be filled with events on various tropics from the agile world.

Our team will participate in many of these events as a sponsor, co-organizer, speakers or just as participants.

02.09. (Wed.) Zürich, CH – This year the theme  of the 7th Lean Agile & Scrum Conference is „Achieving success as a team“. The organizers were able to win a Zen-Master, a military pilot and an agile Coach as the keynote speakers. Our contribution will be the workshop „Facilitation Dojo“, which handles the topic „Team strengthening, team building“.

30.09. (Wed.) - 01.10. (Thurs.), Konstanz, GER - Agile Bodensee - From 30.09. to 01.10. the Agile Bodenseekonferenz 2015 will take place in Konstanz under the motto "Agile and Beyond". The goal this year is to expand the horizons and offer lectures and workshops on topics concering the environment all around Scrum, Kanban & Co. Implementations, in addition to interesting lectures and workshops on agile topics.

02.10. (Fri.) – 4.10. (Sun.), Johannesberg near Frankfurt am Main, GERScrum Alliance Coaching Retreat -  This is an opportunity for all agile coaches to share their experiences with peers and to develop common solutions to common problems or questions. We will help to organize the event and will also be there as participants.

05.10 (Mon.) – 08.10. (Thurs.), Berlin, GERThe 4. Manage Agile Conferenceadresses Management issues  – not purely technological aspects“. Its target audience are professionals and managers. It handles „agile topics, not only within the software development, but also in the entire company, up to the corporate management“. Our lecture will be „That can not be so difficult – why don’t they want to be agile?“

16.10. (Fri.) – 18.10. (Sun.), Bremerhaven, GERStartup Weekend Bremerhaven.  This is an exceptional event in this list.  The aim of the event is not to discuss certain agile topics, but to bring the coolest business ideas to the best first implementation within 54 hours. Such a goal can only arise in the Agile world and that’s why we sponsor the event and are also in the coaching team.

4.11. (Wed.) – Zurich, CHAgile Unconference -  is an Open Space event, which welcomes all who are interested in the topic „Agile Development“. Participants should expect an active participation in the events of the day and the result of the production. We will join the event as participants.

9.11. (Mon.) – 12.11. (Thurs.), Potsdam, GER  - The 7th Agile Testing Days conference consists of a tutorial and two conference days.  Its Motto this time will be: “Embracing Agile for a Competitive Edge - Establish leadership by delivering early, rapid & iterative application releases”. We support the conference as sponsors an do a workshop on the first day of the conference - „Raising the Bar for Internal Coaches and Facilitators“.

16.11. (Mon.) – 18.11. (Wed.), Prague, CZGlobal Scrum Gathering Prague 2015 is inspired by the ancient but yet modern city of Prague on „Disruptive Thinking“. Keynote speakers will be Niels Pflaeging, Andrea Provaglio and Brian Robertson. After the LAS, we will offer our „Facilitation Dojo“ during the Scrum Gathering repeatedly as a platform for safe learning and sharing facilitation techniques, pitfalls and secrets.

26.11 (Thurs) – 28.11. (Sat.), Karlsruhe, GERXP Days Germany 2015 -  The „Collaborative Conference for Extreme Programmers“ could win keynote speakers as the SWR reporter Steffen König with „Mission - Right in the Middle“ and the TDD Practitioner J. B. Rainsberger with „The Coming XP Resurgence“, which promise an entertaining conference

Yuliya’s professional life started with Scrum. She is a Certified Scrum Professional and received her certification as ScrumMasters in 2006. She studied Computational Linguistics at the LMU in Munich. After the graduation in 2004 she came to WEB.DE where the transition to Scrum was taking place.
