As Line Manager, Project Manager, Developer, Tester, Product Manager, Business Analyst or Consultant, you have heard about the advantages of Scrum.

Maybe you are skeptical or maybe you have started doing Scrum, but it's not working as expected. You want to get better at executing projects. You want to find out more.

How does Scrum Work? How is agile development different than the classical approach? How do you get started? This course provides you with answers to your questions and gives you an intense, hands-on look at Scrum, so you know how to move forward.

• Rituals (Meetings): Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Daily Scrum, Retrospective
• Documents and Artifacts: Product & Sprint Backlogs, Task board, Burn Down Charts
• Planning: User Stories, Estimation, Acceptance Tests, Release Planning

Exercises, discussions and simulations help you understand and experience Scrum first hand.

There are no prerequisites, but familiarity with Scrum, XP or software development will be helpful.
