You think our way is interesting? You want to convince your boss - or yourself - why it is worthwhile, to take the path to Certified Scrum Professional with DasScrumTeam? Here are some thoughts and statements, that can help you making your decision.

Responsibility

When agile ideas first were tried out in the German area 10-15 years ago, there was not much previous knowledge, no clear direction. We have tried everything, examined the effect, adapted our approach. And experiments and failures are still core of the agile business. But we have learned to treat people more aware, sensible and responsible. People who are affected by the massive changes in our world of work. As an agile coach, ScrumMaster, team facilitator you can take responsibility for yourself and others, by preparing better for the job. We have learned, tried, discarded a lot on our path. And we want to share it with you.

Practice

Our foundational classes equip you with more practical abilities than required by Scrum Alliance. We do not stick with the theory, but provide a safe space apart from your work environment to test and refine your abilities. We reenact situations in small group settings, improve dialogue techniques, give and receive feedback about our stance, facilitation skills and impact. This is far from easy, but it helps our participants to grow. At the end of the day, it all depends on the permanent practice in your own work environment. In our subsequent webinars, we provide a space for reflection and exchange about our daily work. If the CSM is the driving license, the path to CSP with the levels Advanced-CSM and CSP-ScrumMaster is the security and race driver training.

Impact

You can't expect to achieve different outcomes with the same means, of course. You want to build up a rich repertoire of skills and methods. In our path to CSP, we will equip you with the necessary knowledge and abilities to vastly improve your impact on others. So that you can live up to your role. The Advanced-CSM for instace already covers facilitation and coaching; it answers the questions how you can be a great ScrumMaster. Extend your toolbox and sharpen your performance.

Appreciation

In our path, it is not important how long, how good, with what framework you have been doing Scrum or agile methods. The entry point is around 6 months of work experience as a ScrumMaster or in a similar role. We offer help, support for your own work, whether your organization is producing software, an industrial product, or wants to apply agile principles and practices in other fields. We do not care, if a larger organization is using LeSS, SAFe, Nexus or whatever framework for scaled product development. Our program is not about distinction but integration and practical guidance.

Connection

The strength of our agile community is to provide opportunities for exchange and networking. Sometimes it is already helpful to see, that others are struggling with similar issues. We provide a base for the networking between participants, trainers and coaches as well. Our program is not just knowledge transfer, but it offers an interactive dialogue space. In addition to our classroom training, we are offering webinars and the online exchange platform for participants. It is not only about passing another certification, but to connect to a growing group of alumni.
