Risk-Free Booking

Your learning success is important to us. If you find during the seminar that you are not satisfied, you can get a refund with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Thus, course rebooking are easily possible.

We will gladly explain how this works here.

Do you have questions?

We are here for you. Please mail us at mail@dasscrumteam.com or call our Swiss number  +41 43 508 09 87 or German number +49 471 9584 63 24.

We will send you a preliminary email informing you of the start and finish times of the course you have booked. As a general rule, you can expect your course to start at 9.00am and finish around 5.00pm.  As we schedule regular breaks, this is also a good opportunity to catch your breath and have a nice chat over a cup of coffee in between or during your lunch break.

Yes, this does happen, but very rarely. We always try to deliver the courses you have booked. However, we also have a quality requirement that you should benefit from an interdisciplinary and diverse group of participants and be exposed to significantly more aspects of the agile world. We therefore only organise courses that guarantee this diversity.

We offer a variety of catering options during the seminar days and will endeavour to cater for any special dietary requirements you may have. Please let us know if you are vegetarian, vegan or have any food intolerances.

We want you to be able to concentrate on the essentials during the course.

The total number of participants will not exceed 20 and you will work in groups of four to six. This ensures your individual learning success and also guarantees diversity and interdisciplinary exchange.

We are happy to recommend hotels. However, we do not work with hotels and therefore do not have a room booking system. It would be convenient if you could book a room in the hotel where the training is taking place or in a nearby hotel.

You should already have a good basic knowledge of agile methods and Scrum. Our Certified ScrumMaster course is the ideal introduction. As a refresher, or if there is not enough time before the CAS, we recommend our Scrum Jumpstart Online for separate preparation.

We will also send you preparation tasks before the training.

If you are not sure, do not hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to advise you.

The course fulfils the learning objectives of the Scrum Alliance for [Certified Agile Skills - Scaling 1 (CAS-S1)] (https://www.scrumalliance.org/get-certified/certified-agile-skills/scaling-1).
