The participants experience first-hand what it means to work agilely according to Kanban. We will highlight the most important principles and practices of Kanban in knowledge work and enable the participants to assess when and where Kanban makes sense.

From knowing to doing - how do we now implement the theoretical knowledge in our company?

After the theoretical knowledge has been developed, it is important to work out the first own Kanban board with the team. Together with the team, it is decided which parts of their work you want to manage on the first Kanban system. It is important that as many team members as possible are present to create a common denominator.
