Kanban anwenden
  • Are you looking for a method that makes your workflow management easier?
  • You want to increase the quality of your processes?
  • Are you interested in optimizing output?

The training is suitable for all teams that are inspired by a new way of working and want to make your work processes agile.

Our offer

In the one-day course we will enable you and your team to get an overview of the topics around Kanban. We clarify which motivators influence our work system and will teach you all essential aspects of Kanban in knowledge work. With many practical exercises, you will experience where it comes from and what is hidden behind it.

The Kanban Jumpstart Training is the perfect introduction to working with Kanban.

We customize our in-house courses to your individual needs with the goal of creating a common understanding of Kanban in the company and in your team.

So far, we have seen great success in companies where we have talked to the management level at the beginning about the forces that affect employees, teams and the company as soon as agility is introduced.

The participants experience first-hand what it means to work agilely according to Kanban. We will highlight the most important principles and practices of Kanban in knowledge work and enable the participants to assess when and where Kanban makes sense.

We will work with practical examples and interactive exercises in order to explain contexts vividly. In this training, you will experience Kanban and together we will make your team more successful.

In the Kanban Jumpstart Training we will highlight the following topics:

  • Principles and practices of Kanban
  • Kanban System
  • Meetings in Kanban
  • Roles in Kanban
  • Flugebenen

From knowing to doing - how do we now implement the theoretical knowledge in our company?

After the theoretical knowledge has been developed, it is important to work out the first own Kanban board with the team. Together with the team, it is decided which parts of their work you want to manage on the first Kanban system. It is important that as many team members as possible are present to create a common denominator.

The following contents can be discussed in the workshop:

Draft of the first Kanban system in the Workshop to provide
First step to plan how the productive implementation of the Kanban system is to be planned and accomplished.
How do we increase independent work?
How to improve collaboration and avoid dependencies at the same time?
How can continuous, measurable improvement be established?
