- Deep dive into the mindset of Lean Thinking. Have a clear view of waste at the process and product level.
- Facilitation concepts for C-level workshops. Convince senior management and their higher management of change.
- Work more deeply with team and group dynamics. Control complex adaptive systems through appropriate interventions.

I would repeat and recommend the CSP training in any case. Only with the CSP and the in-service experience are solid insights and learnings possible. It clearly underlines the importance of Scrum at enterprise level. I would recommend the CSP training to others.

Questions About the Certified Scrum Professional ScrumMaster®
This is the follow-up course for Advanced Certified ScrumMaster® who already have one to two years of experience in the role and want to further increase their impact in practice. The focus is on expertise in all areas of the Scrum Master's work.
The Scrum Alliance CSP-ScrumMaster® certification is only available if you have the following prerequisites:
- an existing valid Advanced Certified ScrumMaster®. If the certificate has expired, it can be reactivated at Scrum Alliance for a fee.
- two years of practice in the role of Scrum Master. So ideally as a Scrum Master in a Scrum Team, whereby there is a certain interpretation framework. We are also happy to advise you personally on this. One can attend the course before the deadline. Then one receives the certification if necessary only later after the course.
- the self-directed preparation of the content in our learning management system.
- attendance of the corresponding course as on-site or live online.
- Attending at least one focus topic webinar and one application practice webinar.
- The preparation and delivery of your own webinar on a topic of your choice.
In the course, you will perfect your tools and understanding models for the various fields of work as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach. With these methods and practices you will work even more effectively with team, product owner and organization. You will network with other practicing ScrumMasters and benefit from the shared experiences to solve even difficult practical problems.
In the CSP-CSM, application competencies are taught and tested in a focused manner.
These competencies are roughly divided into three areas, which the participants may already be familiar with through our “Scrum target” in the Advanced-CSM:
- Team: How to start new teams, make them effective, and promote self-organization in a scaled environment.
- Organization: How can I understand and improve the entire value chain from a Scrum perspective? Where does Scrum not make sense as a working method? How do I become a servant-leader within my organization, taking responsibility and providing leadership?
- Product: How do I support the product owner in larger organizations in building business-oriented agility and sustainable value creation?
The course starts right after registration. In our learning management system, you will receive assignments to prepare for, which you can complete by the start of the course. These assignments bring you closer to the subject and course content and provide you with valuable insights right away.
Our courses to become a CSP-ScrumMaster® and beyond are conducted in groups of 6-16 people. This gives us enough time to also address individual questions and situations -- but also brings together enough different perspectives for an exciting course. The three-day course is supplemented by a series of webinars. These cover focus topics or delve deeper into application practice. We offer new dates on an ongoing basis, so you can be flexible in your pace to certification. Due to the richness of the topics, we expect attendance at two post-course webinars in addition to attending the three-day training.
The time commitment for the webinars is approximately 90 minutes per date, plus any homework.
We have two types of webinars. You can attend as many webinars as you want within a year of the class.
Webinar Focus Topics: Challenges and conflicts in the team? Psychological background of teamwork? Scrum in regulated environments? All these are possible focus topics around which these webinars revolve. An ideal opportunity to fill gaps in learning objectives or address specific issues.
Webinar Application Practice: On these dates we reflect on individual progress, discuss questions and issues of the participants and overall address the perfection and perspective of working as a ScrumMaster.
